Thou shalt notraise afalsereport:put not thinehand with thewicked to be anunrighteous witness.
2 Thou shalt notfollow amultitude to doevil; neither shalt thouspeak in acause todeclineaftermany to wrest judgment:
3 Neither shalt thoucountenance apoor man in his cause.
4 If thoumeet thineenemy'sox or hisass goingastray, thou shaltsurely bring itback to him again.
5 If thousee theass of him thathateth theelying under hisburden, and wouldestforbear tohelp him, thou shaltsurely help with him.
6 Thou shalt notwrest thejudgment of thypoor in his cause.
7 Keep theefar from afalsematter; and theinnocent andrighteousslay thou not: for I will notjustify the wicked.
8 And thou shalttake nogift: for thegiftblindeth thewise, andperverteth thewords of the righteous.
9 Also thou shalt notoppress astranger: for yeknow theheart of astranger,seeing ye werestrangers in theland of Egypt.
10 Andsixyears thou shaltsow thyland, and shaltgather in the fruits thereof:
11 But theseventh year thou shalt let itrest andlie still; that thepoor of thypeople mayeat: and what theyleave thebeasts of thefield shalleat. In like manner thou shaltdeal with thyvineyard, and with thy oliveyard.
12Sixdays thou shaltdo thywork, and on theseventhday thou shaltrest: that thineox and thineass mayrest, and theson of thyhandmaid, and thestranger, may be refreshed.
13 And in all things that I havesaid unto you becircumspect: and make nomention of thename ofothergods, neither let it beheardout of thy mouth.
14Threetimes thou shalt keep afeast unto me in the year.
15 Thou shaltkeep thefeast of unleavenedbread: (thou shalteat unleavenedbreadsevendays, as Icommanded thee, in the timeappointed of themonthAbib; for in it thou camestout fromEgypt: and none shallappearbefore me empty:)
16 And thefeast ofharvest, thefirstfruits of thylabours, which thou hastsown in thefield: and thefeast ofingathering, which is in theend of theyear, when thou hastgathered in thylabours out of the field.
17Threetimes in theyear all thymales shallappearbefore theLord GOD.
18 Thou shalt notoffer theblood of mysacrifice with leavenedbread; neither shall thefat of mysacrificeremain until the morning.
19 Thefirst of thefirstfruits of thyland thou shaltbring into thehouse of theLORD thyGod. Thou shalt notseethe akid in hismother's milk.
20 Behold, Isend anAngelbefore thee, tokeep thee in theway, and tobring thee into theplace which I have prepared.
21Bewareof him, andobey hisvoice,provoke him not; for he will notpardon yourtransgressions: for myname is in him.
22 But if thou shaltindeedobey hisvoice, anddo all that Ispeak; then I will be anenemy unto thineenemies, and anadversary unto thine adversaries.
23 For mineAngel shallgobefore thee, andbring thee in unto theAmorites, and theHittites, and thePerizzites, and theCanaanites, theHivites, and theJebusites: and I will cut them off.
24 Thou shalt not bowdown to theirgods, norserve them, nordo after theirworks: but thou shaltutterlyoverthrow them, andquite breakdown their images.
25 And ye shallserve theLORD yourGod, and he shallbless thybread, and thywater; and I willtakesicknessaway from the midst of thee.
26 There shall nothing cast theiryoung, nor bebarren, in thyland: thenumber of thydays I will fulfil.
27 I willsend myfearbefore thee, and willdestroy all thepeople to whom thou shaltcome, and I willmake all thineenemies turn their backs unto thee.
28 And I willsendhornetsbefore thee, which shall driveout theHivite, theCanaanite, and theHittite, from before thee.
29 I will not drive themout frombefore thee inoneyear; lest theland becomedesolate, and thebeast of thefield multiply against thee.
30 Bylittle andlittle I will drive themout frombefore thee, until thou beincreased, andinherit the land.
31 And I willset thybounds from theRedsea even unto thesea of thePhilistines, and from thedesert unto theriver: for I willdeliver theinhabitants of theland into yourhand; and thou shalt drive themout before thee.
32 Thou shaltmake nocovenant with them, nor with their gods.
33 They shall notdwell in thyland, lest they make theesin against me: for if thouserve theirgods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.
