And theLORDspake untoMoses, saying,
2 On thefirstday of thefirstmonth shalt thou setup thetabernacle of thetent of the congregation.
3 And thou shaltputtherein theark of thetestimony, andcover theark with the vail.
4 And thou shaltbring in thetable, and set inorder the things that are to be set inorder upon it; and thou shaltbring in thecandlestick, andlight the lamps thereof.
5 And thou shaltset thealtar ofgold for theincensebefore theark of thetestimony, andput thehanging of thedoor to the tabernacle.
6 And thou shaltset thealtar of the burntofferingbefore thedoor of thetabernacle of thetent of the congregation.
7 And thou shaltset thelaver between thetent of thecongregation and thealtar, and shaltput water therein.
8 And thou shalt setup thecourt roundabout, and hangup thehanging at thecourt gate.
9 And thou shalttake theanointingoil, andanoint thetabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalthallow it, and all thevessels thereof: and it shall be holy.
10 And thou shaltanoint thealtar of the burntoffering, and all hisvessels, andsanctify thealtar: and it shall be analtarmost holy.
11 And thou shaltanoint thelaver and hisfoot, and sanctify it.
12 And thou shaltbringAaron and hissons unto thedoor of thetabernacle of thecongregation, andwash them with water.
13 And thou shaltput uponAaron theholygarments, andanoint him, andsanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.
14 And thou shaltbring hissons, andclothe them with coats:
15 And thou shaltanoint them, as thou didstanoint theirfather, that they may minister unto me in the priest'soffice: for theiranointing shall surely be aneverlastingpriesthood throughout their generations.
16 ThusdidMoses: according to all that theLORDcommanded him, so did he.
17 And it came to pass in thefirstmonth in thesecondyear, on thefirst day of themonth, that thetabernacle was reared up.
18 AndMoses rearedup thetabernacle, andfastened hissockets, and setup theboards thereof, andput in thebars thereof, and rearedup his pillars.
19 And he spreadabroad thetent over thetabernacle, andput thecovering of thetentabove upon it; as theLORDcommanded Moses.
20 And hetook andput thetestimony into theark, andset thestaves on theark, andput the mercyseatabove upon the ark:
21 And hebrought theark into thetabernacle, and setup thevail of thecovering, andcovered theark of thetestimony; as theLORDcommanded Moses.
22 And heput thetable in thetent of thecongregation, upon theside of thetabernaclenorthward,without the vail.
23 And heset thebread inorder upon itbefore theLORD; as theLORD hadcommanded Moses.
24 And heput thecandlestick in thetent of thecongregation, overagainst thetable, on theside of thetabernacle southward.
25 And helighted thelampsbefore theLORD; as theLORDcommanded Moses.
26 And heput thegoldenaltar in thetent of thecongregationbefore the vail:
27 And heburntsweetincense thereon; as theLORDcommanded Moses.
28 And he setup thehanging at thedoor of the tabernacle.
29 And heput thealtar of burntoffering by thedoor of thetabernacle of thetent of thecongregation, andoffered upon it the burntoffering and the meatoffering; as theLORDcommanded Moses.
30 And heset thelaver between thetent of thecongregation and thealtar, andputwater there, to wash withal.
31 AndMoses andAaron and hissonswashed theirhands and their feet thereat:
32 When theywent into thetent of thecongregation, and when they camenear unto thealtar, theywashed; as theLORDcommanded Moses.
33 And he rearedup thecourt roundabout thetabernacle and thealtar, and setup thehanging of thecourtgate. SoMosesfinished the work.
34 Then acloudcovered thetent of thecongregation, and theglory of theLORDfilled the tabernacle.
35 AndMoses was notable toenter into thetent of thecongregation, because thecloudabode thereon, and theglory of theLORDfilled the tabernacle.
36 And when thecloud was takenupfrom over thetabernacle, thechildren ofIsrael wentonward in all their journeys:
37 But if thecloud were not takenup, then theyjourneyed not till theday that it was taken up.
38 For thecloud of theLORD was upon thetabernacle byday, andfire was on it bynight, in thesight of all thehouse ofIsrael, throughout all their journeys.
