And theLORDspake untoMoses, saying,
2Speak unto thechildren ofIsrael, andsay unto them, I am theLORD your God.
3 After thedoings of theland ofEgypt, wherein yedwelt, shall ye notdo: and after thedoings of theland ofCanaan, whither Ibring you, shall ye notdo: neither shall yewalk in their ordinances.
4 Ye shalldo myjudgments, andkeep mineordinances, towalk therein: I am theLORD your God.
5 Ye shall thereforekeep mystatutes, and myjudgments:which if amando, he shalllive in them: I am the LORD.
6 None of you shallapproach toany that isnear ofkin to him, touncover theirnakedness: I am the LORD.
7 Thenakedness of thyfather, or thenakedness of thymother, shalt thou notuncover: she is thymother; thou shalt notuncover her nakedness.
8 Thenakedness of thyfather'swife shalt thou notuncover: it is thyfather's nakedness.
9 Thenakedness of thysister, thedaughter of thyfather, ordaughter of thymother, whether she beborn athome, orbornabroad, even theirnakedness thou shalt not uncover.
10 Thenakedness of thyson'sdaughter, or of thydaughter'sdaughter, even theirnakedness thou shalt notuncover: fortheirs is thine own nakedness.
11 Thenakedness of thyfather'swife'sdaughter,begotten of thyfather, she is thysister, thou shalt notuncover her nakedness.
12 Thou shalt notuncover thenakedness of thyfather'ssister: she is thyfather's near kinswoman.
13 Thou shalt notuncover thenakedness of thymother'ssister: for she is thymother's near kinswoman.
14 Thou shalt notuncover thenakedness of thyfather'sbrother, thou shalt notapproach to hiswife: she is thine aunt.
15 Thou shalt notuncover thenakedness of thy daughter inlaw: she is thyson'swife; thou shalt notuncover her nakedness.
16 Thou shalt notuncover thenakedness of thybrother'swife: it is thybrother's nakedness.
17 Thou shalt notuncover thenakedness of awoman and herdaughter, neither shalt thoutake herson'sdaughter, or herdaughter'sdaughter, touncover hernakedness; for they are her nearkinswomen: it is wickedness.
18 Neither shalt thoutake awife to hersister, tovex her, touncover hernakedness, beside the other in her life time.
19 Also thou shalt notapproach unto awoman touncover hernakedness, as long as she is putapart for her uncleanness.
20 Moreover thou shaltnotliecarnally with thyneighbour'swife, to defile thyself with her.
21 And thou shaltnot let any of thyseedpass through the fire toMolech, neither shalt thouprofane thename of thyGod: I am the LORD.
22 Thou shalt notlie withmankind, aswithwomankind: it is abomination.
23 Neither shaltthoulie with anybeast todefile thyself therewith: neither shall anywomanstandbefore abeast to liedown thereto: it is confusion.
24Defile not ye yourselves in any of thesethings: for in all these thenations aredefiled which I castout before you:
25 And theland isdefiled: therefore I dovisit theiniquity thereof upon it, and theland itself vomitethout her inhabitants.
26 Ye shall thereforekeep mystatutes and myjudgments, and shall notcommit any of theseabominations; neither any of your ownnation, nor anystranger thatsojourneth among you:
27 (For alltheseabominations have themen of thelanddone, which werebefore you, and theland is defiled;)
28 That theland spue not youout also, when yedefile it, as it spuedout thenations that were before you.
29 For whosoever shallcommit any of theseabominations, even thesouls thatcommit them shall be cutoff fromamong their people.
30 Therefore shall yekeep mineordinance, that yecommit not any one of theseabominablecustoms, which werecommittedbefore you, and that yedefile not yourselves therein: I am theLORD your God.
