KJV · Textus Receptus
In thee, OLORD, do I put mytrust: let menever be put to confusion.
Deliver me in thyrighteousness, and cause me toescape:incline thineear unto me, and save me.
Be thou mystronghabitation, whereunto I maycontinuallyresort: thou hast givencommandment tosave me; for thou art myrock and my fortress.
Deliver me, O myGod, out of thehand of thewicked, out of thehand of theunrighteous and cruel man.
For thou art myhope, OLordGOD: thou art mytrust from my youth.
By thee have I been holdenup from thewomb: thou art he thattook me out of mymother'sbowels: mypraise shall be continually of thee.
I am as awonder untomany; but thou art mystrong refuge.
Let mymouth befilled with thypraise and with thyhonour all the day.
Cast me notoff in thetime of oldage;forsake me not when mystrength faileth.
For mineenemiesspeak against me; and they that laywait for mysoul takecounsel together,
Saying,God hathforsaken him:persecute andtake him; for there is none to deliver him.
OGod, be notfar from me: O myGod, makehaste for my help.
Let them beconfounded andconsumed that areadversaries to mysoul; let them becovered withreproach anddishonour thatseek my hurt.
But I willhopecontinually, and will yetpraise theemore and more.
Mymouth shall shewforth thyrighteousness and thysalvation all theday; for Iknow not the numbers thereof.
I will goin thestrength of theLordGOD: I will makemention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
OGod, thou hasttaught me from myyouth: and hitherto have Ideclared thy wondrous works.
Now alsowhen I amold andgrayheaded, OGod,forsake me not; until I haveshewed thystrength unto thisgeneration, and thypower to every one that is to come.
Thyrighteousness also, OGod, is veryhigh, who hastdone greatthings: O God, who is like unto thee!
Thou, which hastshewed megreat andsoretroubles, shaltquicken meagain, and shalt bring meupagain from thedepths of the earth.
Thou shaltincrease mygreatness, andcomfort me on every side.
I will alsopraise thee with thepsaltery, even thytruth, O myGod: unto thee will Ising with theharp, O thou HolyOne of Israel.
Mylips shall greatlyrejoice when Ising unto thee; and mysoul, which thou hast redeemed.
Mytongue also shalltalk of thyrighteousness all theday long: for they areconfounded, for they are brought untoshame, thatseek my hurt.
