When I shallreceive thecongregation I willjudge uprightly.
Theearth and all theinhabitants thereof aredissolved: I bearup thepillars of it. Selah.
Isaid unto thefools, Deal notfoolishly: and to thewicked, Lift notup the horn:
Lift notup yourhorn onhigh:speak not with astiff neck.
Forpromotion cometh neither from theeast, nor from thewest, nor from the south.
ButGod is thejudge: he puttethdown one, and setteth up another.
For in thehand of theLORD there is acup, and thewine isred; it isfull ofmixture; and he pourethout of thesame: but thedregs thereof, all thewicked of theearth shall wring themout, and drink them.
But I willdeclare forever; I will singpraises to theGod of Jacob.
All thehorns of thewicked also will I cutoff; but thehorns of therighteous shall be exalted.
