KJV · Textus Receptus
Howbeautiful are thyfeet withshoes, Oprince'sdaughter! thejoints of thythighs are likejewels, thework of thehands of a cunning workman.
Thynavel is like aroundgoblet, whichwanteth notliquor: thybelly is like anheap ofwheat setabout with lilies.
Thytwobreasts are liketwoyoungroes that are twins.
Thyneck is as atower ofivory; thineeyes like thefishpools inHeshbon, by thegate ofBathrabbim: thynose is as thetower ofLebanon whichlookethtoward Damascus.
Thinehead upon thee is likeCarmel, and thehair of thinehead likepurple; theking isheld in the galleries.
Howfair and howpleasant art thou, Olove, for delights!
This thystature islike to a palmtree, and thybreasts to clusters of grapes.
Isaid, I will goup to the palmtree, I will takehold of theboughs thereof: now also thybreasts shall be asclusters of thevine, and thesmell of thynose like apples;
And the roof of thymouth like thebestwine for mybeloved, thatgoeth downsweetly, causing thelips of those that areasleep to speak.
I am mybeloved's, and his desire is toward me.
Come, mybeloved, let us goforth into thefield; let uslodge in the villages.
Let us get upearly to thevineyards; let ussee if thevineflourish, whether the tendergrapeappear, and thepomegranates budforth: there will Igive thee my loves.
Themandrakesgive asmell, and at ourgates are all manner ofpleasant fruits,new andold, which I have laidup for thee, O my beloved.
